COVID-19 MESSAGE TO CUSTOMERS

As COVID-19 (coronavirus) begins to have an increased impact on our community, Interior Trim & Supply (ITS) is taking measures to help insure we protect the health of our community while continuing to support our customers.  Our facility remains open but we are adjusting operations to follow guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as other local and national organizations.  The safety and well-being of our customers and staff are our top priority and we will continue to monitor the situation and make additional modifications to our procedures as necessary.

Showroom

-Available by appointment only at the discretion of ITS management
-Call the office or your salesman to schedule a visit if necessary

Ordering

-Call ahead and email orders are encouraged to limit customer time in the facility when picking up orders

Payments

-In person cash transactions are discouraged and may be denied at the discretion of ITS management

Deliveries

-Our drivers will not unload material inside inhabited existing houses.  We will unload on a porch or into a garage only.

In Person Contact

-We should all respect each other’s space when in person contact is required.  We love shaking hands with our customers but please understand that for now we will be keeping our distance and discouraging any hand to hand exchanges.
